| We are a privately owned group of companies
linked with the maritime industry since 1974 as ship owners
of bulk and general cargo vessels, and former port managers
based in Guayaquil - Ecuador.
Our initial operation covered all shipping activities,
including port and shipping services, management of
vessels, consulting for special heavy cargo projects,
bunkering, and chartering; thereafter agency services
were founded in 1983, adding a dynamic and personal
approach to shipping port attention.
After 10 years, in 1993 we took the next step in strengthening
our business mix by developing new areas of services,
expanding our shipping activities into stevedoring services,
cargo consolidation & freight forwarding, port operator
and custom bonded warehouses inside Port Authorities
facilities. In 1998 our group was pioneer on the Ecuadorian
Port Privatization process by winning the first private
terminal concession at the Port of Guayaquil for the
period of 25 years.
